Tanzania Wildlife & Cultural Explorer

• Day 1:

  Upon arrival in Tanzania, you will be transferred from Arusha Airport to your overnight lodge and enjoy the rest of your afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Moivaro Coffee Plantation (or similar) on a bed and breakfast basis.

• Day 2:

  After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tarangire National park with a stop in Arusha town. You will stop for lunch in Tarangire National Park and enjoy an afternoon game drive. Overnight at Rift Valley Photographic Lodge (or similar) on a full board basis.

• Day 3:

  Today is your day to experience the diversity of cultures with a village tour of Mto-wa-Mbu. Visit a banana beer producing Chagga family and later visit a nearby children's orphanage center and school. Overnight at Rift Valley Photographic Lodge (or similar) on a full board basis.

• Day 4:

  This morning you will be transferred to Lake Manyara National Park for an early morning game drive. After your game drive, you will be transferred to your lodge to enjoy the rest of your afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Lake Eyasi Safari Camp (or similar) on a full board basis.

• Day 5:

  Today after breakfast, you will be interacting with the local Bushmen and Blacksmiths communities of the Hadzabe Tribe. Overnight at Lake Eyasi Safari Camp (or similar) on a full board basis.

• Day 6:

  Today you will travel to the Serengeti through Ngorongoro Conservation Area via Eyasi hills to Endulen, Ndutu. Visit a Maasai Manyatta and enjoy a game drive in Serengeti. Overnight at Kisura Kenzan Tented Camp (or similar).

• Day 7:

  You will enjoy a full day of game drives in the park. Overnight at Kisura Kenzan Tented Camp (or similar).

• Day 8:

  You have another full day of game drives in the park. Overnight at Kisura Kenzan Tented Camp (or similar).

• Day 9:

  This morning after breakfast, you will enjoy a morning game drive en route to Ngorongoro. In the afternoon you will enjoy an afternoon game drive and a visit to Olduvai Gorge. After your activities, you will be transferred to the Manyara area for your overnight stay at Rift Valley Photographic Lodge (or similar) on a full board basis.

• Day 10:

  After breakfast, you will visit the colorful town of Mto-wa-Mbu for last minute curio shopping. You will be transferred back to Arusha where the tour ends.
